Ok, two coats of 5200 on the inside and outside with a day between each to dry. Fired her up and it's holding. Pressure gauge is reading 18 pounds. Been running for 20 minutes and looking good. Thanks for your help and luck!

Marine 5200 sealant. I was told it was the best. We took off the top and can get to the crack from the inside. Once it drys the pressure will ush the glue into the crack. Wish us luck!
