This is the other end that has an elbow coupling and it looks very similar to pvc but a different colour.

I can't seem to find the power consumption either. Yes i was hoping to double stack the solar controller out of the filter pump socket. I don't have a chlorinator. Currently i am manually dosing the pool with liquid chlorine.

I fixed them to the housing of my existing failed electrical light. It says in the instructions it's fine for plaster pools. Don't have any experience first hand though.

I would say these solar lights are just as bright as electrical pool lights and they last for 7 hours each day.

The E10 sells for around $1000AUD and is great for pools under 9 m long.

They come with a tube of sealant. No need to drain water. They cost 220 euro. They also have magnetic ones for liner pool.
