Best size to get for laps

My husband won the "bigger is better" fight & we have the 16x32. It's awesome!! We had to do several upgrades (pump & vac) to keep it clean, but totally worth it!! I love doing laps & it wears our 6 year old out, who tries to keep up with me. We are in the South so no heater needed until...

Dual Intex Pump/Sand Filter set ups

Hi, we are considering doing this as we have a large 16'x32' Intex & the 1/2 hp sand pump that came with it is not doing enough. I found the upgraded 1hp 3000 gal replacement motor for $100, but for $200, we can get an whole new setup & hubby wants to hook up both, but not sure if it is...

    Covering liner & legs?

Any one covered their above ground pool around the sides? I have explored fencing screens, bamboo sheets, lattice & not sure what will look the best & withstand the outdoor elements... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Need TFP Help, Intex 24x12x52 with Saltwater Sand Filter Pump

We have the same Intex setup, but 16x32' & struggled with suction too until buying a surface skimmer. It comes with the plug to cover the 2nd hole & makes vacuuming a breeze. Air may be your problem like the previous poster said. Also, check that you do not have too much sand. Initially we...

All those wet towels and what to do with them

Agree...I am so not handy & built a PVC one with a few modifications like an extra T to insert the skimmer pole. The legs are filled with sand & there are 2 shelves for drinks, etc that can be removed to fit extra towels. I put shower rings over the towels to keep them from blowing away...

    Clutter Control!

Here are a few more pics. The rings are flexible so you just stretch them around whatever you want & they snap closed. If one is not long enough you just loop multiple together. You can also add bungee cords or spring clips. The towel rack is also done & they work great on top of the...

    Clutter Control!

Hello All, I am now a proud 1st time pool owner & as most big projects for our house go, we are spreading the cost & labor over the next few months. The pool is up, but no decking, good stairs or storage bins yet. I cannot stand clutter & there are some strong winds in our backyard so leaving...
