Thanks for the info! I don't have my TA even low enough yet but I'm scared to add more muriatic acid because my ph went so low. What do I do now? Keep lowering TA or try to get ph up first.

Man thank you guys so much for all of this info! Here's what I've done, ditched the ph down, went the the pool store and got muriatic acid...I know y'all say stay away from the pool store but this is a local place that just happens to also do pool stuff and they had a crazy testing set up...

Ok just added 1/3 cup of bleach. I'm gonna wait a bit and test and then work on cya. So this won't affect the saltwater gen chlorine production in anyway? I'll still cut it on after 24 hours and set it to the recommended time the intex book says? Thank you for your help!
