Retested the TA . Got 150. Still a little high but much better!

I finished filling the pool and spa on Saturday. I couldn't resist the urge to break out my TF-100 and do a test on the fill water. The pb is coming tomorrow to do the initial chemical startup. My question is how long should I wait to retest after he puts in the chemicals? Here are my test...

Pool was filled by 8am this morning. PB still has to finish installing jets , skimmer lid/door etc. They are coming out Monday to do all of the final details. Then Wed or Thursday they will do the final top coat of the deck. I figured out the controls enough to put in service mode to turn on...

Its the pump for the wellpoint under the pool. The builder will remove it and cap the line when everything is complete.

Thanks!! With all of the bugs you have to put up a screen to enjoy it in the evenings. Also , the building codes require it to be enclosed or have a perimeter fence around the yard. Believe it or not it also provides some shading.

Not much happened this week due to PB scheduler quitting. Someone else's screen got in before mine due to a mix up. The screen guys finished today. Next week will be the finally , weather permitting. :goodjob:

Deck was topped today. The tan stripe around the edge will be the final color. The final color will be applied at the end of the build. Next thing to be installed will be the screen enclosure.

Deck was poured today!! They had some rain so it is partially covered in plastic and the canteliever forms are still in place. The acrylic will be done domorrow and they will measure for the screen enclosure on Wednesday.

Took some more pics after the electricians left. The plumbing and electric inspections are scheduled for tomorrow. The deck will be poured on Friday. :party:

Short of the heat pump and SWG the plumbing was fininshed. The air blower also needs to be installed. I think that basically the rough plumbing is finished and holding pressure so that the plumbing inspection can be done. The tile and deco drain was also installed.

I was thinking of at least pre running the conduit for some extra electrical outlets in the future when the electrician comes out. My brother is a electrician so I can put him to work! :lol:

I havent had a chance to talk to the pb yet , however I dont think we can put it on the side. The side facing away from the house has the spa on it. The good thing is that where it is now will face a bedroom not the living room.

I thought about that too. Im going to talk to the Pb today about it today. I want the deep end lit well , so I might be stuck where it is.
