Came home tonight and it was 3 inches now. Didn't want to risk it with the little ones and started draining. Once it's down and I start to relevel I will post pictures. I'm thinking crushed gravel after tamping and then foam and then tarp this time.

When you say around, do you mean under the foam or literally around the perimeter of the pool?
