I rebuilt my 360 from a kit (with tires) and did not see any improvement. I halfway figured I had done something wrong. 3-4 weeks later my pump motor died. I luckily found a replacement locally and stuck it in. To my delight it also made the 360 run like a new one. I did not know motors slowed...

It was interesting to read that other people had overflow problems. Thought it was just us. Our pool corner is about 6 feet from our patio and heavy rain makes us nervous. Hasn't caught us yet but been within 1/2 inch before I made it around the corner of the house to turn on the by-pass.
