I have a hayward navigator that quits working after 30 minutes. I have left it in overnight and when I look at in the morning it is the same place where it was the night before. The wings aren't moving. If I unplug the vacuum hose and them plug it back it, it will move again for a while...

I use knee hight from Wal-Mart - a pair is 33 cents. They seems to last about 5 days before they get runners. They are in gum-ball bubble.
