    Tiger Shark will not sink

    After 3 years of great performance my Tiger Shark will not sink, it just floats or fountains water. What am I doing wrong please?

    Hayward Tiger Shark starting new season

    Had this great pool cleaner for 3 years but this year when we opened the pool we have not been able to get it to work. It just floats and blows water at the surface. What am I doing wrong?
