Wrinkles in Liner
This summer I had some wrinkles develop in my liner around our steps. Steps are steel frame with gravel / concrete poured in them. Steps were installed and liner was replaced 3 years ago. I am wondering what might cause the wrinkles and how they could be fixed.- Mark's Pool
