Ours still gets a little warm. I feel like it could use another coat of the color to get just right on appearance. However, I’m not sure I want to bother if it doesn’t help with the cooling. What say you?

It never occurred to me that this might be an issue, but I’ve seen several articles today that suggest it is a bad idea. What is the opinion of the brain trust? EDIT bad word choice, filling my bucket from the pool then adding acid to that.

It tends to get stuck between the “floor” area and the seat, raised at a 45* angle. Has anyone else ever had a situation like this? It may just be that my seat is the perfect size to create the issue, but I thought it was worth checking.

This is currently sitting on the top of the water all over the pool. Everything else is clear and test results were reasonable on Friday. I added a little bit of liquid CYA and some calcium hardness increaser on Friday. I also added some sodium bicarbonate.
