Just got my new solar cover. It is on a 18'x48" Intex Ultra Frame. The cover was cut big! Really big! My question is: Does the entire cover need to sit on top of the water? I have it pushed down to the water, but there is up to 12" of cover coming up the side of the pool and hanging over. Should...
