    Broken switch

    So in trying to replace the seals/gaskets on my pump I broke the stationary switch. :hammer: How hard is it to replace the switch? Or is it better to just get a new pump. We have an A.O Smith 3/4 hp pump on there now. Thank you!

    Pollen

    My nice clear pool is now coated in yellow pollen as is everything else here. I am vacuuming daily, running the filter and using the net and no luck. A neighbor said to use a flocking agent but I really don't want to add chemicals if not needed. Any advice would be great.

    No CYA?

    I tested and retested multiple times but I never get even a hint of cloudiness when doing the CYA test. My other levels I think are fine. FC 4 tc 4 cya ? never got cloudy, edited for the correct word! TA 40 PH 7.8 so lost on all these test chemicals. Any input would be great!

    We are set to close on next week on our new home/pool. So I want to get my kit ordered I will be ordering the tf-100 but as the pool is a swg (no clue on the maker) so do I need to include the salt test and if so which one the taylor or the strips. and yes I am getting the speed stirrer :-D
