On the Pool math app I entered my PH of 7.5 and it’s telling me that’s outside of the recommended range but it shouldn’t be. Is the app off or is it me that’s wrong somewhere?

Our pool is new, only up and running about 10 days. Started with very high iron on filling, water was orange then green after adding chlorine float. 6/28 stopped the chlorine (float with 3” pucks) added 16oz metal magic, ran filter for 8 hours then had a power outage for 2 days. 6/30 added...

So the pool is up and started filling (from well) it’s going to take another day or so to get it filled. With only about 8” of water I can already see an orange/brown tint from our high iron content. We couldn’t get a truck in to fill for another 10 days so it’s onward with the hard water...
