Does Intellicenter have an Interlock function that would prevent a cleaner booster pump from turning on if the main pool pump is off?

I am having a Intellicenter system installed. Can 2 Intelliflo VSF pumps be connected with their data cables, so that you can view complete operating data remotely for both pumps. My installers have worked with Pentair automation but not Intellicenter. Thanks for this very helpful forum.
