I have a 15K in ground pool in Naples FL. Recently I have had some alge and when I add cl it turnes the water bright green. I have got rid of the alge annd balanced the pol Phosphates still 2500. Nut thepool still turnes green when I add CL. It also seems toto be eating tthe CL very quickly...
