My pool is in freeze protection but only runs the spa and is not switching back and forth. I have freeze protection “on” spa and pool. Is there a different setting I should change. Pictures for reference.

I am not getting power on my control panel on my Mastertemp. I have checked the fuse and it looks good. I also made sure power was coming into the unit. I think it is the control board or the membrane. anyone know the best way to test which one it is? I have a good voltmeter.
