    SWG won't work in negative polarity

    Every time my SWG switches to negative polarity, the service light comes on & it stops generating chlorine. I can switch it back to positive manually & it will work. The manufacturer has replaced the control center (Sept 2021) and the cell (just replaced 10 days ago). It worked for 5 days...

    Chlorine can't seem to get from salt cell to pool

    I have done multiple things to try to generate/maintain chlorine in pool: cleaned salt cell, lowered phosphates to acceptable level, shocked pool to acceptable chlorine level, replaced salt cell with more powerful salt cell, done the bucket test on the salt cell and still seems the salt cell is...
