Currently have this brown algae, that looks like little brown specs, on the side of my pool that wont come off with my scrubbing brush. Any recommendations as to what to do? Current water readings are 7ppm FC, 0 or .5 CC, 7.5ppm PH, 200ppm CH, 120 TA, 50 ppm CYA. Pool is fiberglass.
