Hi All, So we're right in the middle of winter here in Sydney. Two weeks ago I turned my chlorinator to zero as I measured FC of 18ppm. Tested again today and it's at 12ppm. We haven't had lots of sun, but with the chlorinator set to zero, shouldn't I be expecting a bigger drop over two weeks...

Hi, our year old in-ground concrete pool has been empty for 6 weeks while the builder repaired some tile issues and we're ready to refill. I've read the plaster start up instructions in pool school, but that seems to concentrate on new pools. Is the start up any different for older pools?

Hi All, First time pool owner, great forum! My calcium levels are approx 100ppm (30,000L), and I've noticed these white drip marks on the tiles. Pool shop has recommended I add 7kg of calcium hardener to bring the level up. Are the drip marks as a result of the low calcium, or is something...
