Just had our pool re-plastered. The workers cleaned their buckets and hoses in our decorative rocks. Now there is plaster everywhere and some of the rocks are now a block. Any suggestion besides hand cleaning it to remove it? Any cleaning product or chemicals help?

we used stain free to get the stains out from leaves but now can't get chlorine up to where I need to be. Used 3 lbs of stain free how much chlorine do I need to get above 0. I also have metal free to use.

Can anyone suggest something? our solar panel board isn't working.. we have changed fuses, its a helio-matic something.
