Calcium Hardness and PH too high

Hi there. I'm getting the pool ready and after testing came up with these numbers: PH=8.2+ FC=0 Calcium=475 ALk=100 CYA=55 Pool Math says I need to empty pool 45% and add new water for hardness. Is there any other way to get the level down? Thanks in advance!
