I have a 2,150 GPH Intex sandfilter pump and my pool is 16x48. When I hook up Wanda she works for about 15mins and then basically stays in one spot and goes around in circles. Does anyone know how to fix this?

We took the pool apart last weekend and moved it. Upon taking it apart we realized just about every metal piece had some sort of rust. The legs were the worst with 3 completely rusted through. We sanded and hit everything we could with Rust-Oleum. The pool is now standing filled with water. The...
