Installed a new pressure gauge purchased from TFtestkits. Pressure seems to flex between 13 to 15. Is this normal? Backwash when pressure rises above 15. 50% of the time pressure is 15 then it will drop 1 or 2 points.

Want to be sure I am using the right product. Menard's sells a Splash Pool Shock Liquid Chlorinator which it says is 12.5% Liquid Chlorine. Have been using "clorax" bleach. Is it okay to use these other liquid chlorine products. Walmart has one also under a different name in the pool department.
