    Timer turns pool off, but does NOT turn pool on - advice?

    Hi, I have a time that turns the pool off, but will not turn the pool on. It rotates and is working, but when it gets to a point where it should turn the pool on, it is as if it is not powerful enough to turn it on. I can, of course, rotate it myself and turn the pool on. Advice?
