When I launch my app I see the image attached. When I try on my PC I get the error “Communication to gateway failed” Any ideas on what I can do?

I used my app last week and all was good and normal. Today it wont connect on my app I also tried the software on my PC wont connect either. I have rebooted the Wifi Router, the Interface link, and the main Pentair panel. The PC gives the the error "Can't Connect Address Invalid"

I have downloaded and ran the installer. The Installer completes but my version still shows 2.160, I have to be missing a step or something. Anyone have any idea?
