It can be hard to find parts for off-brand pumps. It seems those companies change the setup often enough that it makes you have to buy a new one. This is a big reason to buy a name brand pump like Hayward. I had an off-brand one that I couldn't find parts for so ended up buying a used Hayward...

Your CYA is quite high which means the amount of chlorine needed will be high. I would stick to basic bleach, the bags of shock often add more CYA. Odd it's so high on a new pool. The pros will add more shortly.
