Update, ran SWG @ 70% last night for 12 hours (only 10 so far, has 2 more left) and tested this morning...good news SWG works well. Drop Test = FC 11.5. So kicked % back to 60 and will see what that does tomorrow am. Also will test at end of day to see how much FC is loss due to sun, though...

Could the PH Down crystals be added into the skimmer? That would be easy for me to show her, and not have to worry about the plaster being affected.

One week will be gone. Will have a house/pet sitter but she's young and not a pool person so wouldn't want her testing, or adding MA. I guess I could buy some PH down and just have her add a cup a day or so. I'll try that the next couple of days and see if it stays relatively level. Thanks.

Yeah these appear to be 1in straight PVC, definitely no threads. Only threaded fitting is for the Polaris cleaner. Anything to retrofit these to accept an eyeball.

I do have 2 skimmers and can turn them off independtly. To your point the wind has been from the NW and blowing everything to the deep end, so I will try that. Also will test to see if the skimmers are off in the weir door raises into place, I'm just used to watching them bob back an forth...
