Folks, thanks for taking the time to provide input on each design especially Kim and GP2 for their drawings. I've contacted each of the PB's and spoke to them about the changes we'd like to incorporate. I'll see what they come back with.

Yes. I think we are leaning towards that design. We’ve asked the other builder to come up with a different arrangement for the entry. Once we have the changes done I’ll ask for the quote and then go from there. Once I have those details I will post the here Thanks

Second builder came by and a complete 180 degree difference. Came out, measured the yard, spent time getting our input and offering her insights. Will be coming back with a rendering and bid proposal. Once I get the details will post it here. 3rd PB coming tomorrow.

Good points on photos and manuals as well as noting the prevailing wind. Ours is from the NW which means running the length of the pool from the deep to shallow end. Will have to think on the waterfall.
