Is the sample size you are testing 10ml or 25ml? If 25ml the 120 drops would be an FC of 24 (multiply drops by 0.2).

The beta server is not the same one used for production. If you did not export your data with the beta app, as instructed, before upgrading there is no way I am aware of to recover the logs from the beta app.

Also don't trust the pH test if your FC really is over 20. That test is not accurate once you get over FC of 10.

I was always taught that the lowest point of the meniscus is what should be at your desired measurement point. I assume that all chemical measuring cylinders are still calibrated to this method.

Looks like you performed both OTO and Fas-DPD tests. No need to perform both. fas-DPD is the preferred test. With no loss in FC and CC of 0.5 you are good to go, assuming water is clear. SLAM at this point would do nothing except use more of your chlorine supply.

Force close the app, clear app cache and data and you should be good. Check post #673 if you need instructions to do this.

Check out post #660 about the subscription issue. Some iOS users are reporting this problem. Post 660 gives instructions for providing developer what they need to fix this for you.

Sure. I did manage to get the CSV file to import finally. Trying to open from my phone storage in pool math always caused the app to crash. Opened in my Google Drive account and then chose "open with" and opened in Pool Math and imported. Unfortunately trying that with the backup file pool...

I use a 1 qt paint cup I got from Home Depot. For dry I use a kitchen scale like jstephens1, tare the cup and then weigh out the dry chem I need to add. With the smaller cup sometimes I have to break the addition into 2 batches, but it works for me.

I have the same problem. You can add a new entry it is just very tricky. Try and touch the add new entry icon at the very top center of the circle and it should work, at least it does for me most of the time.

Any reason why the Notes field is not being exported with the CSV file? I see it is captured in the Backup Data file but it would be nice to have it in the exported CSV as well.
