Fence is back up and plaster starts tomorrow...thia 6ft fence isn't gonna cut it. Not to sure that the 8ft that my HOA allows will do it either. perhaps I .ca squeeze some more blood to get a pergola.

Neighbor gift idea for putting up with construction

I'm about a week or so away from pool construction completion. Although construction has gone relatively smooth, I want to keep things "cool" with my neighbors. Any ideas (considering I wouldn't recognize my neighbor unless they were standing in front of their mailbox)???

Retaining wall would cost about $7000. I'm hoping an 8ft fence would help. If that's not high enough, perhaps I can add a pergola with a pull-down shade.

I'll ask when I see him. The 2.0 antenna just shown up last night. It was my understanding that I had to pay extra (or it wasn't included in my contract).

Anybody have any idea how they will address my downspouts? Will they put them under the pavers or some kind of french drain? I'm asking this because my contract only says "downspouts within 5' of pool site will be connected and/or planter drains will be installed in the pool area are included in...
