Aquabot: 4 year warantee from my supplier.

Rough guesstimate: 7 lbs.

Have used Aquabot for about 20 years. Put it in after Irene and was amazed at the amount of leaves it got. Used three bags and the pool is super clean and it had a bunch. Yard is all oaks and maples. The last 2 have been turbos which run the pool, (22x38 kidney) in 1 hour.

Pool is 27 years old and have run the pump 24/7 and gone through 3 pumps.

Used Loop Loc and also Meyco. Both the same. When they open, pump/vacuum to waste, add chemicals and clear in couple days. No longer worry about lowering or adding water.

If you notice the picture of the screened lanai and the pool on the left, the drain will be put at the end of the existing concrete and screen (present concrete slopes away from the house). The screen will be removed and pavers (1") will be put on top of the concrete to match the pavers around...

In the contract is provision for gutters at the rear of the house for drainage. All decking will be sloped away from the house. The sand was piled up high because of the daily rains.

In the price (contract is a 8" drain between the house and pool.

All for now. Will take more in week and a half. Doubt if much more is done by then but who knows. Thanks.
