Turn off the SWG, it won't help much at those levels and only use up some of its life and also make it hard for you to know how much you are really losing. The more often you can test and bring FC back up the quicker it will go as well. Once you pass all three tests and let FC come back down...

That PH with an SWG is odd, has any other chemicals been used in the past? I would use pool math and add enough borax to get it to 7.4 and if it continues to drop then raise the TA but I wouldn't add anything to TA intentionally for now. Or even better get some aeration of some sort going to...

Hopefully someone who knows Pentair comes along soon :) I'm pretty sure the temp and flow are all in that one switch and they just replaced it though. Unless they got a couple of the four wires swapped around it should eliminate that as the issue.
