Is there a way to set that up on an Intellitouch system, using only ScreenLogic2? I don't have a connected panel.

Having worked with teams that have published Amazon skills, I can tell you it's a lie. It takes about 7 days to get it published or get feedback on your mistakes. This is definitely not Amazon. Pentair are really burning their reputation.
