James, I do have a dead wire, red had 120 black had nothing, even at the breaker. I’m no electrician but you sir have helped me identify my issue. I will replace my 20amp breaker and let you know. Can’t thank you enough.

Using a multi meter, testing black and ground, then testing red and ground, no power until I turn the filter switch on, and I’m getting 120 from both the circuit breakers.
