I have been very happy with our Intex SWG. in talking with various pool shops looking to replace our intex with a real pool they are ALL trying to talk me out of swg and using the pool frog. Why are they all recommending them? lots of money in refills for them?

Again, my asking for help here wasn't so much about a brand, it was looking for pointers, advice or cautions from someone who has done a semi inground pool. sometimes what looks good on paper doesn't work so good in real life.

Re: Useful links for fellow Intex Pool Owners We had the 18 x 52 intex ultra frame pool with the combined SWG/pump unit. It gave 2 years of flawless service, my mistake when airing it out to store ruined the liner. We have the 24x52 ultra frame pool on the way.

Has anyone verified that copper is only produced in the boost cycle?
