It's funny how water color can look so different depending on time of day, sun, clouds, water depth, etc. I think the gold pebble liner is beautiful and I think it looks especially pretty in this pool with the 8 ft water depth. Love it!

I like Kim's mock-up too as they are closer to where everyone will probably be hanging out so they don't have to walk as far to get in. The only thing I would do is turn the steps so you don't have to walk in front of the hot tub to get to them. Have them sitting parallel to the ledge in front...

My only concern with having the steps coming off the tanning ledge is people coming in and out of the pool splashing around when you're trying to get some sun in your ledge loungers.....

At this moment I truly dislike my PB but this is how he handled the corners in our pool. It is a hard plastic type material. and this is after the cantilever coping Hope this helps you.

Okay so quick update: PB is coming over this week with another cement contractor who he believes will be able to "fix" and "make pretty" these saw cuts. Fingers crossed that all works out, where we are happy, they pay for the fix and project can move forward. Thank you all for your kind...

We do have three older kids (20, 17, 12) and I've thought about that with the rock idea. PB suggested grouting or putting some type of sealer on the rocks to keep them in place? Not exactly sure how but that was his thoughts. I have seen the fake grass in between too and like that as well...
