I had the exact same problem last summer with the flap sticking closed. just seemed to get stuck randomly. readjusting the pivots seemed to have helped.

Yes, mine is similar, I have rings sewn into the cover. Then there's still cable that goes through the rings and gets hooked on to the hooks, the cable is tensioned onto the deck anchors on both sides. Works very well and it keeps the cover tight against the wall. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Exactly why I'm opening this Thursday as well. Last week dumped couple gallons of liquid shock in just in case. The water looks great as well, just leafs and some debris that will need vacuuming as the winter cover was not on tight enough :(

Looks great! Would you mind posting the pics of the plumbing at the equipment end? Also, if there's no dedicated return to the pool to use, is it ok to plumb one of the existing returns with a return from the solar? Oh yea and did you end up painting the piping on the roof or you can buy piping...

So we did ended up doing the Diamond Brite (perl) finish. Turned out beautiful. But it is most definitely a much more abrasive finish then then just the regular plaster. Overall, we're very happy with the finish.

Anyone? I'm really leaning towards the HPI cover, but would like to get some feedback. Any would be much appreciated.
