Is this a no no? We got wrinkles in the liner this year - mentally I am already at a place where I doubt I can get them out. Who knows - maybe if the water table rises as high as it did this year, next year, then perhaps I will work on them....but...for this season, I will live with them...

So everything I do is per instructions, but instead of letting the water spill over the top of the filter, I bring the water to the brim of the stand pipe, and then shop vac the water out. I repeated this three times. The reason is the sand filter is inside out shed... Is three times enough...

Update. I cracked a big enough piece of ice off the winter tarp, making enough room for my pump to do its thing. By morning there should just be one big block of ice on the tarp, ready for our 1.5 inches of rain on its way tomorrow! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
