Pool outside of track. Replace or let it ride another year?

I would think of there's no other issues like a buckling wall or broken track (doesn't look like it from the picts) then just popping the wall into the track should be OK.

When you say divots are you talking about inside or outside the pool. The sand under the liner tends to get diviots. Just be careful if the uprights are uneven due to divots as you shouldn't put the uprights/pavers onto disturbed soil.
