Horse pool

Yes. It seems to be $709 everywhere. But shipping changes it .
The biggest problem right now is finding the 7 way valve . Everyone has 6. Not that I know the difference lol
Do you mean the mpv? You need backwash, filter, recirculate, drain & rinse- thats 5 settings. Some may also have winterize but all that does is prop the handle up - you can simply do that in between two settings

Well I finally am in possession of a 27 inch hayward sand filter 6 way valve . My polio pit is beyond a swamp lol .
I'm gathering to everything I need . I do have 400 pounds of the white sand stuff. I only need 350 but I'm ok holding on to 50 pounds lol .
I didn't buy the lube for the seal . Or 2 inch union . So I have to order it . I could live without the union til later in life . But the lube I'm assuming is a must . The video said union is handy but probably won't have to disconnect that pipe for 7 years . I doubt I'll still be doing horses in 7 years , so I can make that pipe someone else's problem . Lol As long as there is enough pipe to add the union later . So once I get the lube I think im ready . Hopefully I can get this done .

You can buy danco faucet grease at most hardware stores (ace /Home Depot etc). I usually buy that instead as the pool stores around here only have the wrong kind of magic lube.
Its in a tiny tube but a little will last you forever. Be sure to lube all orings each season
