Aqualink down?

I just got a reply from Fluidra support via LinkedIn. They said everything should be back online now. I was able to reset my password and login to my system from my phone. I'm not at my house to verify it's working yet, but I can at least login now. They asked me to send them a note when I get home to verify it's all back online.

It's down again... Why do they do this when it's after hours and you can't call anyone there to notify them and figure out what's wrong...
They're terrible. It's gotta be two guys in a garage developing and/or supporting this app. I'm still down and it's Sunday now. Lame.

I also emailed. Never heard back.

I couldn't reset password - never got an email. I'll say again, just because... SUPER LAME.

** Update 2:37PM PT - website and app both up for me now. **

I’m still down here in San Antonio. Nothing is working, not even via the control panel outside.
If your control panel on the box isn't working, that shouldn't be app related should it? I'm still new to this stuff but it doesn't make much sense that the app/web being down would make your manual controls inoperable.

Here in FL my iAqualink app started working again last night and has been fine since.

Sunday night update, I got the control panel up and the App working. I turned off all three pool breakers and when everything came back up the control panel lights were operating.

I tried the App and it was working as well.

Then I went to the web interface to set the schedule and everything went down again.

So this time I turned off the breakers and rebooted everything again. That brought the control panel and App up again. So I was able to turn on the cleaner for the first time since Friday.

After the robot runs overnight I’ll give the web interface a try again and see if it kills everything again.

I realize I saw this behavior Saturday when the system came up around 4pm. I went to the web interface then and things went down again and have been down since then.

I mentioned earlier that my iAqua system had just been installed when the system went down for everyone. So at that time nothing had been scheduled. That’s why I kept returning to the Web Interface.

At least I’ve got the cleaner running now. We have a lot of trees and really need it!

It’s Monday morning and the App was still up, but when I launched the web interface BOOM everything went down again.

At least I know how to get the Control Panel and the App working again by resetting the breakers.

Time to call my pool company? Or is this still a Zodiac server issue?
