Aqualink down?

Down for me as well in TX. This is the first time I have experienced this issue and it SUCKS. Their support is already closed for the day and no where online have I had any luck finding out if they are working on it or if we are all just screwed until they come back to work I believe on Monday. I understand they use AWS Services and they are not reporting any issues currently.

I have all jandy equipment, pump and heater, will this system work with it? My system is only 4 years old, too early to rip and replace...
I migrated off of Jandy over a few years. When your pump goes get a Pentair Intelliflo. When your SWG goes get an Intellichlor system. Once you have those, you are set for an IntelliCenter.

Start with the end in mind, then move towards it as you replace components.

IntelliCenter.

My major complaints with the Aqualink are:
  • no outdoor control panel for full control and programming
  • No local mode app connection not using the internet
  • No firmware updates
All of which the IntelliCenter has plus more.
When my swcg cell dies I am fairly certain I will just switch out the entire panel for intellicenter. I addition to your reasons, everything else on my pad is pentair and I cannot use the flow settings on my vsf pump because the jandy panel can’t talk to it that way. Even my heater has the serial port.

Thankfully I put in the spa remote a couple years ago. At least I can control a few things without the app.

I had to enable service mode to heat my spa... no RPM control or temperature control and I don't even know if the heater turns off at a specified temperature.

Very annoying that they require a "cloud service" to control this thing instead of enabling local access.

Yup, I had a similar setup for a while with an old Aqualink, Intelliflo VSF, and IntelliChlor SWG.

I had the All-Button indoor control panel and was never dependent on the app or internet.

So it is down? I’ve been running around like a chicken with its head, cut off resetting routers modem’s the iAquaLink itself. My pump is off. I can’t get it running and anything except service mode, which is almost full speed.

I had started my spa when it went down. After an hour I was able to get in just long enough to shut the spa down. Then it went out again. When I try to log in to the web app, it just hangs for 30 seconds and then offers the login screen again. The Android app shows the red dot by my pool.

Just now I figured I'd make sure someone actually reported the problem, though they must have a gazillion calls by now, it is Friday. Two interesting things. The login page says notify Zodiac support. So I went to the Zodiac support page and tried to send a message. The U.S. is not listed in the country list of the contact form. Political statement? After I selected "Other countries", the message would not submit. So maybe it's a complete back end outage at Zodiak.

When I log in it says network not available but I opened up the antenna box switched to wire then back to Wi-Fi. Still nothing reset it reconnected deleted the app. Reinstalled the app. Nothing same thing.
It’s not an app or local hardware problem. It’s on the server side. (Problem in the cloud lol)

Wow! As much as the system being down drives me crazy, I'm sure glad this site is here as it prevented me from going down the rabbit hole of resetting password, etc. I did delete and reinstall the Android app which obviously didn't help since that's not where the issue lies but nothing more draconian - Whewww...

I figured that after reading all the posts but like many others I thought it was a local problem since it said no network. And what makes me more mad is I called them 45 minutes before they closed and it said they were closed already

I'm having the exact same problem and haven't found a solution yet
