Aqualink down?

Is anyone else having trouble using the Aqualink App at the moment? It’s asking me to re-login and then saying the network is unavailable.

Tried power cycling the main board to no effect.

It’s behaving like their servers are down.

Yep, the app it's down for me too. Going thru the website (iAquaLink Pool Automation | iAquaLink) does not work either.

Unfortunately I don't have one. I should really learn how to use my pool in service mode... My pool was just installed with iaqualink. In the 4 years we've had it, this is first time I've had a problem like this, but obviously, if something like this becomes common, I'm going to have to figure out how to get a PDA...

Yep. I had a new (to me) pool company out to replace some lightning-damaged lights today and aside from ripping them a new one over leaving my JVA misconfigured and causing the spa to drain and be left empty for hours along with leaving the panel cover open with rain in the forecast, I was ready to tell them they broke iAquaLink too.

It's not working right now either... My entities in Home Assistant are all "unavailable" and the Android app cannot even get to the devices list or home screen.... I can't believe how expensive this stuff is only for it to be utterly dependent on a third party internet service.

Just went down for me again today 5/16/2025. Anyone else experiencing down? Ridiculous. The app is so simple and so shoddy as is.

It's down again... Why do they do this when it's after hours and you can't call anyone there to notify them and figure out what's wrong...
