Getting replastered and am told the Tahoe Blue color is also known by the names in the title. My question is about tile decorations set into the plaster.

I've looked at pools with the grey plaster, and they look darker, which I like. When we went to a tile store to look at tiles, we saw some tile turtles. My wife thought they would look cool, and I said we might not see them if we put them on the bottom or the walls, because I was thinking how dark the water will be. But, I have since realized that the water itself will still be clear, but the grey plaster gives the illusion of the water being dark, so the turtles should still easily be seen even on the bottom of our 8' deep end or on the walls, is that correct?

Anybody have pics of decorations in the plaster of their grey pools?

Thanks in advance.
