In March of this year, we bought the Aqua Products Evo 614iQ Robotic Pool Cleaner by Polaris. Since then the power controller (control box) has failed twice. We LOVE how well the cleaner cleans, the ease of cleaning the basket, the app connectivity, and so much more about this robot! However, we can't recommend it based on how finicky the control box is. (The manufacturer did respond quickly with a new control box the first time it happened. Will see how quickly they respond the second time.)

Maybe someone can recommend a high quality surge protector that can be used outdoor.

I own the Evo 604 and am running into this problem now - conveniently right before the swimming season begins!

The LED lights and button work for the cleaning mode but the Power LED no longer illuminates and I get no movement when trying to run a cleaning cycle. Seems like no power being delivered at all and I’m fairly convinced it’s the control unit.

Did you have any success reaching out to their support? Approximately how long did it take to get a replacement?

Yes! I got a replacement unit in about a week.
