Pool LED Sadness

My pool lights were a little finicky the last couple times I tried to turn them on but they did turn on. That is until the other night. There are two color LED Lights with a pentair 300w 12v Transformer. The breakers aren't tripped. There are no burned out parts or evidence of burns or smoke.. The relay still makes switching noise but no lights. It is on AUIX1 This is my first time troubleshooting LED lights on the pool... I have a good multimeter. I have made repairs to the heatpump relays and other parts before.

Since both lights aren't working I suspect something else has gone wrong.
Is there a troubleshooting guide?
Any advice appreciated.

Follow the voltage.

Do you have voltage out of the light relay to the transformer?

Do you have voltage out of the transformer?

Do you have light junction boxes and voltage at the junction box connection?

What model Pentair LED lights are we discussing?

I haven't checked any voltages yet. I need to follow the wiring and check them along the way. The pool builder used Pentair transformer but I don't believe he used pentair lights. Thank you for putting me on the right track and for the link. Many thanks.

Try rebooting your controller. I have intellicenter and just the other day I was trying to turn on the lites with my phone and things were not normal, such as lite would turn on then shut off a few min later or not turn on or both pool and spa would turn on but not just the spa. I went to the outdoor panel and the touchscreen wouldn’t respond. Restarting it by turning off the power to it solved the problem.
