Yes, except CYA. Needs to be room temperature.
I allow the sample to come to room temp, or take my plastic sample bottle (capped) and heat with hot water from the tap.
 
Does my water have to be a certain temperature to start testing after I open or can I test right away?
Only the CYA test is temperature sensitive.

Let the CYA water sample warm to room temperature before adding reagent.
