Advice on plaster / pebble

Any thoughts on the discoloration on the deep end of pool. This started in small increments after the pool was filed 8 months ago.

Loss of pebble?
Calcium?

The water chemistry has been maintained meticulously since filling via pool math.

I have the same issue with my pebbletech.

I thought it might have been chlorine discoloration from the prior owner shocking the pool and not brushing the granules. My pool had high CH of 700 for probably some time before I got to it as well.

Will be interested in the more experienced users answers

You have very dark plaster. There will always be imperfections with very dark plaster.

The why does not matter. It is what it is. It is not fixable.

It is mottling or white spotting.
