I seem to only need to replace the motor, impeller, seal plate and seals. About $1k

I don't want to spend $1k on parts only to turn around and have to buy a new unit ~$2k.

I have a 13 year-old IntelliTouch control center and a brand-new IC40 SWG.

I'm trying to decide on repair or replace. So my questions:
  1. Would my existing touchpad and electronics on the motor be good and transferable to a new motor?
    Or
  2. Would a new Pentair pump and motor unit work fine with my existing control center?
There hasn't been any issues with either the existing touch pad nor control center.

I'm thinking about doing the nodejs-PoolController. Any issues?

Thank you!
